I build products people trust, and the designers who make them.
I've designed for Amazon shoppers, influencers, students, and personal injury attorneys, and I've grown the designers working on those products alongside me. My work shows both halves: the decisions I made and the people I helped make theirs.

I start with what customers actually need and work backward to a roadmap product and engineering can commit to. I'm happiest when a problem is ambiguous, high-stakes, or both. Lately that means thoughtful AI experiences.

A vision only matters once it ships. I move fast, test early, and let data settle arguments so the team can stop debating and start building. Then I make sure the result holds up at scale.

I make teams better by working next to them. That means clear expectations, honest critique, and live projects that double as lessons. The goal is designers who don't need me in the room next time.
