I like to move fast and test early, because good data settles most arguments and lets the team get back to building. Once something ships, I pay close attention to how it holds up at scale.

I make teams better by working alongside them. That means clear expectations, honest critique, and live projects that double as lessons. The goal is building a designers confidence so they don't need me in the room next time.
